Area of practice:

Jens Paulsen is director of Arctic Law Greenland and has extensive experience in a wide range of legal fields. Jens Paulsen’s most important areas of work are company law, contract law, including business transfer, transfer of ownership, and insolvency law and reconstruction of companies.

In addition, Jens Paulsen acts as a defense in criminal cases.
